I would be nice to format the date. Now if I use the calendar date picker the date is 16.02.10

I have to manualy put in 02.16.2010 Then I get a 'The modification justification is not filled. Do you wan to record regardless?' message.

It keeps the record and no other error.

Ok i have to check the way i register date in database.

After research, the format date is 'DATE_FORMAT_LC4'. You can change this format by editing en-GB.ini as specified here : http://docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_chang ... _format%3F

But i think i could use the element "template" when you create field to allow user to format each date field.

This will be integrated in next release.
