Recently after security update from joomla 1.5.17 to joomla 1.5.22 me and my team encounter a problem: when filling "submit item" (frontend, backend - no matter) form and clicking "add image" button (next to image field) tree with images is opening in the same window as form as new (next) page not as shadowed box above form. This cause some problems for us and new users. Is there any way to fix it?

For me it works with 1.5.22.
Are you sure the update is well done ? from 1.5.17 to 1.5.22, there is several releases. Maybe one file is missing.
The problem is only with collector ?

I think it is ok, never before had problems. So far no other components cause problems.
I always use relases form joomla.org

I think that there is an access problem with the file /media/system/js/modal.js
Maybe the update change the rights.
Look the demo site and it works (login:admindemo/admindemo)
