Hi,
My client has a site that uses Joomla Version 1.5.15 and Collector 0.4.1. I want to move/import the Collector data from that site to a new site that uses Joomla 2.5.14 and Collector 0.5.1.
Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, the best way to do this please?
Thanks
Moving data from an old site to a new one

Yes it's possible and the procedure is here: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=133&p=557#p557
You should make a backup of your database.
You have to update collector on your joomla 1.5 website (DO NOT UNINSTALL - just update in admin panel)
When Collector is up to date, you have a link displayed "update", click on it and you will see the progression
Then export tables _collector , _collector_defined , _collector_defined_content, _collector_fileds , _collector_items , _collector_items_history_*
Install collector on your Joomla 2.5 website (DO NOT LIVE INSTALLATION PAGE - you will have to click on it after)
Import your old tables and then click on the update link
That should work.
